Scott M. Patrou, Esq.

Born into a military family, Scott has lived all over the country. After settling into St. Augustine Scott attended Flagler College, where he completed his undergraduate studies in Business Administration, Spanish, and Pre-Law. After graduating from Flagler College, he accepted a scholarship to Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, FL, where he attained his Juris Doctorate. 

After graduating from law school, Scott was accepted into the Florida Bar and the Middle District of Florida. He uses his passion for the law and utmost ethical standards to ensure the best possible results for his clients.

Scott is currently an active member of the Florida Bar, St. Johns County Bar Association, and is certified to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.












John R. Ginn, Esq.

After graduating from the Washington College of Law at American University John returned to his hometown of Saint Augustine Florida and began working in private practice. 

Prior to obtaining his law degree, John received a B.A. in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida and studied Finance and Accounting at the London School of Economics. As the President of Ancient City Alternatives LLC, a real estate investment company, John's experience in real estate law stems from an interest in real estate investment. 

As an attorney for Ginn & Patrou, John implements his business knowledge, real estate experience, and legal skills to ensure the best possible results for his clients. 

John is an active member in the Saint Augustine community and is involved in several community service organizations including the Saint Augustine Sunrise Rotary Club, the Hope for Haiti Foundation, and the Anastasia Baptist Church Youth Program. 

As a member of the Middle District Court of Florida, John is able to represent clients in matters arising under federal law in addition to Florida law. 

 









John King, Esq.

John E. King, Esq. is a member of both the California and Florida Bar Associations and represents a variety of clients including real estate investors and developers, small business owners, multi-state corporations, homeowners, landlords and individuals with pre-litigation, litigation and transactional matters.  His practice includes: real estate; I.R.C. §1031 tax deferred exhanges; corporate matters; wills and trusts; and other general civil practice areas. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Courts, Middle District of Florida and Central District of California.

Mr. King received his B.A. degree from Flagler College in St. Augustine, Florida and his J.D. degree from Western State University, College of Law in Fullerton, California. He spent many years acting as the Senior Vice President and Co-General Counsel of a nationwide subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company and has extensive experience in both management and legal issues











Sunshine Dillard-Andriano, Esq. 

Born and raised in Central Florida, Sunshine received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida. Sunshine obtained her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans School of Law in 2001.

After law school she moved to Chicago and became a member of the Illinois Bar. While living in Chicago, Sunshine worked exclusively in the real estate and title insurance industries, representing  both buyers and sellers, closing both residential and commercial transactions, and administering national construction escrows for Fidelity National Financial, formerly known as Ticor Title.
